Refund Policy

The 14-day launch promise: if your site isn't live within 14 days of you sending us your business info and content, you get a full refund.

Monthly billing

Monthly hosting/care plans can be cancelled at any time - there's no long-term contract. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. We don't refund partial months already billed.

The one-time setup fee (Variant A plan)

The one-time setup fee is refundable only under the 14-day launch promise above. Once your site is live, the setup fee is not refundable.

What "live" means

Your site is live once it's published at your domain (or a Greensboro Web Studio subdomain, if you haven't connected your own domain yet) and publicly reachable.
